Post Closing Loan Receiving Specialist

Let’s make moves! We are looking for a Post Closing Specialist – Loan Receiver to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Processing Specialist at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll manage the post-close daily duties such as opening mail and logging all incoming mail and organize daily objectives within the post-closing department. The ideal candidate has experience as a Post Closing Specialist in the mortgage industry with proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment. 

What you’ll be doing.

·       Ensures all closing packages and collateral documents are received and logged.

·       Indexing signed loan closing documents into our LOS system

·       Corresponds with title companies to obtain missing closing packages and/or documents.

·       Prepping Files for Scanning

·       Filing closing documents

·       Purging Documents

·       Working audit reports and emails as needed.

·       Work with third party vendors for shredding and ordering office supplies as needed.

·       Coordinate Fed-ex pickup and delivery to ensure all overnight mail is sent on time.

·       Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external team members.

·       Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

·       Cross-trained in other post-closing areas to assist when needed.
