Portfolio Manager

We are currently seeking a Hybrid Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of associations located in Cherry Hill, NJ. While previous experience in Condominium Administration is preferred, it is not mandatory as long as the candidate possesses similar qualifications. The main responsibilities of the Portfolio Manager include providing guidance and supervision to ensure that the associations in the portfolio align with the goals of each Association and CAMCO. This position requires exceptional skills in asset management, project management, organization, and customer service. Additionally, the chosen candidate must be able to work various shifts, including evenings, and be readily available in urgent situations.
