We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Portfolio Director for Organizational Change Management (OCM) to join our dynamic Project Management Office team at the company. In this exciting role, you'll spearhead the delivery and implementation of change management strategies for our division, playing a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with a holistic approach, fostering a positive culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and respect in line with our company values.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for Enterprise Shared Services (ESS).
  • Establish and nurture a Change Management Center of Excellence, fostering a community of organizational change readiness advocates across ESS.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance OCM capabilities within the organization.
  • Provide expert consulting and oversight to ensure effective management of organizational change.
  • Identify and assess the scope of change initiatives, devising tailored plans for successful execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and success of change management initiatives within the ESS portfolio.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful change initiatives.
  • Attract, develop, and retain diverse talent, nurturing future leaders through mentorship and professional development initiatives.
  • Lead a team of employee and contract OCM Managers and Analysts, providing guidance and direction for the successful completion of change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify, plan, and implement change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support successful organizational change.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate change management activities and outcomes.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record in leading organizational change readiness efforts, with expertise in methodologies for large-scale transformations.
  • Proficiency in multiple change management methodologies, tools, and techniques, coupled with a strong understanding of organizational development, communication, and training.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking and prioritization.
  • Knowledge of information technology concepts and practices.
  • Experience in staff management, including recruitment, development, and retention, as well as deployment of consultants and contractors.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with a focus on achieving results through teamwork.
  • Experience in process development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and Train the Trainer.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Compensation

  • Full-Time Salary Range: $147,300 - $250,400
