Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Consultant to join our team. As a Portfolio Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through strategic consultation and expert management of our diverse product portfolio. You will serve as a key advisor within our organization, utilizing your deep knowledge of contact center products and business consultation skills to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation on the implementation and optimization of contact center products within our portfolio.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Lead strategic initiatives to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and budget constraints.

Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role, with a strong focus on contact center products and customer experience solutions.

Proven track record of driving business success through strategic consultation and portfolio management.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including CRM systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.
