What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the subject matter expert on stakeholder positions, communications, and activities related to the clean energy transition
• Play a key role in the development of the Oregon Energy Strategy
• Provide information and analysis about stakeholder positions, concerns, questions, and interests related to agency work products and engagements
• Work at the central workplace in Salem, Oregon at least eight times per year
• Collaborate with other divisions and stakeholders to support the development of clean energy resources
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work
• Or any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification
• Demonstrated skills in coding or organizing large quantities of qualitative information
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to analyze information and understand individual or organizational perspectives

• Demonstrated skills creating studies, reports, and assessments about technical information for general audiences
• Experience in reviewing and synthesizing large quantities of qualitative information
