We are looking for a Line Manager to manage two Platform teams (Subject Matter Experts, Delivery & Implementation) across two Government Programs.
This role will assume project management responsibility for ongoing and new work performed by both platforms, and continuously work to improve platform operations. This person will act as a representative of the Prime Contractor for Government Programs and Platform personnel.
Success in this role looks like having a pulse on all operations within the two Platforms, and leveraging expertise in implementing EHR systems to maximize outcomes for the Government Programs.
This person should be able to inspire and empower Platform team members to deliver against their respective priorities and KPIs, drive work independently, prioritize responsibilities and develop informed recommendations.

Job Responsibilities
Manage Platform work, adopting project management responsibility for Platforms
- Track progress against Platform work by maintaining a common backlog for each Platform, managing dependencies appropriately
- Support management of demand intake for each Platform by helping platform receive new service requests from Government
- Promote knowledge sharing and address challenges within Platforms
- Foster a deeper understanding of each Platform's role in contributing to overall operational success
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving use of Platform personnel, tools, and resources to optimize outcomes for Government Programs
- Leverage deep expertise of EHR implementation to optimize Platform performance
- Provide input on the prioritization of platform work and support Platform capacity allocation decisions in partnership with Government Programs
- Leverage a deep understanding of EHR implementation, Government Program needs and Platform capabilities to ensure current and future Program needs are met
- Facilitate seamless communication and information sharing between Platforms and Government Programs, elevating obstacles or risks for input from Government Programs or The Prime Contractor appropriately
- Act as first point of contact for each Platform for both Platform personnel and Government Programs
- Act as a representative of the Prime Contractor for all stakeholders
Basic Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading teams
- Prior DHA or government healthcare experience
- Experience delivering & implementing EHR systems
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- U.S. citizenship and ability to get Common Access Cards (CAC) clearance
- Prior experience in Deployment/Delivery of Operational Medicine preferred, with experience in Medicine (e.g., nursing, informatics) also viewed favorably
- Knowledge of government policies and procedures related to product development and deployment
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to hold others accountable and push back when necessary
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through is a must; performs tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow, and take initiative
- Ability to team with others and to persuade effectively, influence and negotiate, as appropriate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective working relationships with P latform members, Government stakeholders & t he Prime Contractor , while demonstrating a positive, personal and professional image; highly responsive
