Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Plant Production Manager located on-site in Farmville, VA. The Plant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pallet rack manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes, managing inventory, and maintaining quality control standards. The Plant Production Manager will also be in charge of supervising and training production staff.

Qualifications

• Must have roll-forming and robotic welding equipment experience
• Experience in plant production management, inventory management, and quality control
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and train production staff
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Experience in the storage or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
