The Company

This manufacturing facility is looking for a talented Plant Production Manager to lead a team of supervisors and hourly employees. They have been in business for many years and have been experiencing strong organic growth throughout the last 5 years.

The Position

This dynamic company is looking for a leader who has both the technical and leadership skills required to oversee production within the facility. The Plant Production Manager will be responsible for Production while also interacting with Maintenance, Quality, Continuous Improvement, etc…activities within the facility. This position will report into the Plant Director onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provides site wide leadership & training
• Site safety management
• Measures and drives site wide KPI’s
• Accountable for all department costs
• Responsible for site wide Quality
• Site wide employee reviews

Compensation

Our client offers a strong base salary plus targeted bonus. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), profit sharing, medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000

Bonus: $20,000 - $30,000

Compensation: $135,000 - $160,000
