Plant Manager - Texoma
Job Description
The Plant Manager will join a team of professional engineers, operator technicians, and business leaders to execute RNG operation activities, while maintaining a safe and compliant environment. In this role you will manage the operations and maintenance of the Texoma facility including the planning, scheduling, and implementation of all maintenance, safety, regulatory, and operational activities.

In this role you will manage the operations and maintenance of the Texoma facility including the planning, scheduling, and implementation of all maintenance, safety, regulatory, and operational activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include:
- Supervision and management of site operators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve the operational problems that arise.
- Oversee third-party contractors who occasionally come to the site for major repairs and maintenance.
- Manage and follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to LOTO, Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs), work permits, and Management of Change (MOC) program.
- Provide and support the compliance and regulatory departments with site and pipeline data and activities that occur on a regular basis.
- Evaluate site data to ensure compliance with programs and compliance such as LCFS, RINs Verification, TCEQ, EPA, RRC, and other entities requirements are met.
- Reviews and checks engineering deliverables of 3rd party process engineers to determine accuracy and completeness while also reviewing for constructability and operability.
- Assist in design reviews and evaluate potential design changes through the MOC program to ensure safe and effective changes are executed
- Able to handle multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
- Determine and implement any federal, state and local requirements necessary for construction and operational activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
- Occasional traveling to various project sites to assist in major O&M activities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited University; Chemical Engineering degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience and or training;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Database and Project Management software, Mechanical, P&ID, and Electrical engineering design and concepts.
- Solid experience with AutoCAD Design software. P&ID experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong preference.
