We're looking for a Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our production facility. This is leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations that meet our high standards for quality and output.

What You Will Be Doing
Plan, organize, and direct daily manufacturing operations
Oversee production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Manage plant personnel, including scheduling, taining, hiring, performance evaluations, and more
Implement cost-saving measures and optimize production efficiency
Implement a Lean strategy
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Establish KPIs, develop production systems, methods for manufacturing, and standardize processes
Lead CAPA reviews and present opportunities for cost reduction, production improvement, and issue resolution
What You Need For This Position
A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related is required
5+ years experience in block, wall, or paver plant operations leadership/management is required
Proven LEAN experience
Extensive experience with budgeting, resource allocation, capital planning, high-impact projects, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with INFOR or Syteline is a plus
