Plant Manager (Chinese Languange required)

Location: The role will be based in Morristown, Tennessee

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily plant overall operation of the assembling production line in US, and another two factories in Asia. Ensuring the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of production processes.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues

- Oversee the assembly and fabrication processes to meet production targets

- Implement and maintain systems for inventory management and supply chain optimization

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Experience:

- More than 10 years experience with a bachelor academic education background in Engineering, Master or MBA above will ber preferrable

- Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment

- Experience in working in Automotive assembling industry will be a plus

- Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems

- Ability to lead teams and drive results through effective communication and leadership

- Experience in quality control processes and procedures

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles for process optimization

- Fluent in English, and Chinese language skills will be a highly plus.

- Regular travels to attend the management meetings GLOBALLY.
