Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operations, production flow, and keeping our inventory in check.

  • Becoming a budgeting boss – you'll manage the plant's budget and sniff out cost-saving opportunities.

  • Keeping a close eye on quality through regular inspections and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Analyzing financials with a hawk-eye and implementing cost-cutting strategies.
  • Fostering a culture of creativity and innovation to stay ahead of the food game.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science (or something similar) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years leading the pack.
  • Deep knowledge of food production, quality control, and regulations is a must-have.
