About the Company Hiring: Our client is a Food Production Company. The Plant Manager will provide effective leadership for all aspects of plant production and related support departments in a manner consistent with company objectives. This role will be actively involved in the day-to-day coordination of all aspects of the facility operations, including those functions that report elsewhere in the company.

Responsibilities: Plant Manager

• Manage facility production and personnel across a 3 shift, 7 day a week operation
• Lead day to day production efforts from receiving, raw material processing, food production
• Ensure on-time materials movement for customer requirements; on-time delivery incoming and outgoing
• Develop and manage expense budgets
• Process improvements (including analyzing flow and throughput and redesigning layout as necessary, recommend new equipment)
• Prepare and complete action plans
• Analyze trends and resolve issues
• Prepare for and complete audits
• Enforces safety and sanitation

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 7 years supervisory/managerial experience in a food production or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of USDA and/or FDA regulations
• Key player with process improvements; process oriented who can lead continuous improvement strategies
• Analytical, problem solver with a hands on tactical approach

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 base salary plus bonus incentive

Job Status: Full time permanent position, Monday-Friday dayshift
