Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations. The role will require strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the plant.

Qualifications

• Plant Management and Operations Management skills
• 5+ Years’ “Leadership” in FOOD/BEVERAGE Manufacturing is REQUIRED
• Experience in production planning and manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Highly Preffered)
