They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, responsible for manufacturing, efficiency, inventory, safety, maintenance for the department and shift. Assessing needs and helping to achieve company and facility goals in collaboration with other department supervisors and management.
They have an excellent group of employees that are highly trained and now they are looking for a true leader.
Responsibilities Include
Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the the facility
Follow and enforce all policies and procedures; both company and regulator
Ensure safety of all employees
Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team
Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production; both planning and issue resolution
The Ideal Candidate Holds
5+ years of experience in management within a food manufacturing
Must have Bachelor's degree in related field
Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills
Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations
Familiarity working with data management programs
Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety
leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
