Plant Manager

A growing plastics company is looking for an experienced Plant Manager for based in Tampa, Florida. This position offers the chance to lead from the front, showcasing not only your managerial skills but also contributing significantly towards operational excellence.

The Plant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversite on all aspects of plant operations ensuring efficiency and quality targets are met consistently.
• Foster a culture committed to safety standards and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation to keep them ahead of competition.
• Enable a scalable profitable plant capable of meeting demand on time and on budget.

The Plant Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in Plastics Manufacturing.
• 6-7 years experience in manufacturing management.
• Knowledge of current Safety, Health and Environmental regulations and standards.
• Proven skills in improving employee engagement for improved plant performance.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations; prior experience in extrusion and/or molding operations strongly preferred.
