The Plant Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of the Cirba Solutions business strategy, goals, and objectives to ensure business growth and continuity. This is a leadership role responsible for the development of a world-class safety culture, and effective management of day-to-day operations at the facility to maximize efficiency and deliver strong safety and financial results. Reports to the Director of Operations
Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all Cirba Solutions EHS, HR, Operations, and Finance Policies and Procedures
Hire, train, develop and manage all plant employees
Lead, train and manage the safety process to ensure compliance and employee protection
Ensure all environmental permits are managed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal compliance.
Develop and implement work schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and safety
Create, develop and manage plant budget to meet company expectations
Responsible for total Plant P&L. Monthly reporting and review with facility management.
Develop and implement production standards and schedules to achieve goals
Work with Customer Operations to ensure all shipping and receiving activities are in compliance and cost-effective.
Manage, direct and coordinate all operations and maintenance activities
Collect data, analyze, and improve plant processes as necessary to achieve goals
Lead and conduct meetings with staff to review safety, operational and financial performance
Prepare and review performance metrics and performance with Senior Management
Deliver outstanding customer service to Cirba customer base
Work closely with HR, Sales, and technical services groups to improve performance; customer and employee relations
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Chemical, technical, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory laws in the environmental industry is a plus.

Detailed knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations
Education And Training Requirements
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required science or business major preferred.
