Position:
As Plant Controller, you’ll be a key member of the senior management team and will drive financial goals and stakeholder impact. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, hands-on leadership, and operational cost accounting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting and reporting functions, budgets, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with financial controls and deadlines
Manage capital equipment inventory and risk
Provide financial data and analysis for manufacturing operations
Direct annual physical inventory and maintain monthly records
Lead, coach, and mentor your team, fostering a cohesive environment
Support company initiatives in employee development, efficiency, safety, and sustainability
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with manufacturing experience
Expertise in ERP systems
Proven experience in managing and developing staff
