Within this Planning Solicitor role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Working across your own caseload of Planning work such as legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPOs and completing strategies
Advising a broad client base on all Planning matters
Ensuring the needs of the firm's loyal client base are met with exceptional results
Drafting and negotiation of planning agreements
Supporting more junior members of the team when needed
The successful candidate will ideally have between 3+ years PQE, is confident in their own ability, is able to work well as part of a team and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
