Plan Administration Manager - Retirement Plans

Responsible for ensuring Service Standards and Quality Standards are met in department; Responsible for departmental personnel, policies and procedures.

What You Do

  • Develop new technical skills and expand knowledge of regulations, systems, and software to find better ways to service our clients and adapt to system changes and upgrades
  • Oversee, train, and mentor department personnel
  • Establish department metrics, monitor results and work to improve performance
  • Act as ambassador to its clients
  • Review and manage distribution of work within department
  • Provide quality control for departmental work
  • Develop, maintain and test internal compliance procedures and controls
  • Organize departmental meetings to provide educational opportunities and establish priorities
  • Perform annual plan compliance testing, including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 401(a)(4) and 402(g) and work with client on corrective measures for failed tests
  • Perform DB/DC Combo work


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • More than 10 years of Retirement Plans Management required

Salary Range: $73,571-$121,391
