What You Do
Develop new technical skills and expand knowledge of regulations, systems, and software to find better ways to service our clients and adapt to system changes and upgrades
Oversee, train, and mentor department personnel
Establish department metrics, monitor results and work to improve performance
Act as ambassador to its clients
Review and manage distribution of work within department
Provide quality control for departmental work
Develop, maintain and test internal compliance procedures and controls
Organize departmental meetings to provide educational opportunities and establish priorities
Perform annual plan compliance testing, including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 401(a)(4) and 402(g) and work with client on corrective measures for failed tests
Perform DB/DC Combo work
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
More than 10 years of Retirement Plans Management required
