This position is based out of the Tracyton, WA State area. Due to the nature of the role and US Govt Rules and Regulations and the Rules and Regulations of our Client, This role requires the ability to obtain a US Govt Issued High Level Security Clearance. Candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship if you already have an Active Clearance then great!
Location: Tracyton, WA (First 4 Months Remote - After 4 Months will be Fully On-Site with some Remote felx
Remote/ Hybrid: the first 4 Months or so will be fully remote - allowing candidates who would have to relocate to do so as well as obtain the Govt Security Clearance - After the 4 months most likely will be 4 days on site and 1 day remote
Relocation Package: Client will help and assist with a Relo-package for the candidates that need one
Work Authorization: Due to the nature of the role and US Govt Rules and Regulations and the Rules and Regulations of our Client, This role requires the ability to obtain a US Govt Issued High Level Security Clearance. Candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship
Compensation: Ideally $135-$155K (Total package will be considered - with relocating candidates)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OSIsoft PI System Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an OSIsoft PI System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the OSIsoft PI System, a leading industrial data management platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration and optimization of data collection, storage, and analysis within our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data-driven solutions to drive operational excellence.
Day to Day / Responsibilities:

Day to Day / Responsibilities:
- Ideally looking for 3+ years experience with OSIsoft PI Ssytems
- Prefer Candidates who are proficient within the OSIsoft System (Asset Framework, Asset Analytics and PI Vision. Etc)
- Design, configure, and deploy OSIsoft PI System infrastructure, including PI Server, PI AF, PI Vision, and other related components
- Develop and maintain PI System architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of the system
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging OSIsoft PI System capabilities to optimize data collection, monitoring, and analysis processes
- Integrate various data sources and systems with the OSIsoft PI System to enable efficient data acquisition and real-time analytics
- Create and configure data structures, tags, and calculations within the OSIsoft PI System to support data analysis and reporting requirements
- Implement and maintain data quality and validation processes to ensure accurate and reliable data
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, assisting with system configuration, data access, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integration, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to the OSIsoft PI System and recommend improvements or enhancements to optimize system functionality and performance
