  • Over 5 years Family Practice Experience Preferred
  • Over 5 years Pediatric Experience Preferred
  • 1-2 years Rheumotology Experience Preferred

License and Certification

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology Required
  • Active/unrestricted medical license in Florida Required
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
