Job Summary:
The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified physicians to join our healthcare team. This role involves working closely with healthcare administrators, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:
Identify and attract potential physician candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified physicians.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Healthcare Facilities:
Partner with healthcare administrators and department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Provide insights and recommendations on hiring strategies and market conditions.
Job Offers and Negotiations:
Present job offers to candidates and assist in negotiating employment terms.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during the hiring process.
Onboarding:
Support new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Assist with credentialing and administrative tasks necessary for the physician to begin practice.
