Full Time 4 day work week Employed Average Patients seen: Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1500 patients. Call Schedule: One week up to two times per quarter Loan Repayment Compensation:
Base salary $180,000 - $225,000/yr

Current MA medical and prescribing license

Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred.

Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model and concepts preferred.
