The Physician Liaison will assist with the planning and execution of business development to help grow and maintain referring provider relations in the assigned territory. Responsible for building referral volume for all Thomas Eye Group doctors, specialties and locations, achieving set strategic marketing and business goals. Participates in lead generation and sales to potential customers as well as relationship management with existing customers. Communicates effectively with all Thomas Eye Group physicians and practice managers regarding the outreach program, while maintain clear records of daily visits, mileage, and spend as it relates to referring providers and networking events. Develops physician relations marketing reports including ROI utilizing daily reports and Salesforce. Participates and serves on the Thomas Eye Group Marketing Committee.
Required Minimum Education: BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field required, CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred
Required Minimum Experience: 2-3 years marketing / sales / business development experience; Medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
