The Orthopedic Centers of Colorado (OCC) Physician Liaison will manage, analyze and develop targeted referral marketing strategies to optimize and grow the referral volume for OCC. This position will cultivate strong relationships with community partners and referring physicians, focusing on driving new partner referrals and strengthening existing referrals. This position will be in the Denver market meeting with potential partners, gathering and analyzing information, and facilitating physician to physician relationships.
Physician Liaison Essential Functions
Building brand awareness of OCC, its locations, physicians, specialties, and service lines.
Identifying potential referral opportunities between community and OCC physicians and service lines.
Cultivating relationships with referring partners that lead to relationships with OCC physicians.
Anticipating physicians needs and appropriately providing information and messaging that meets those needs.
Work independently to identify and coordinate meetings between key referring physicians and OCC physicians.
Communicate field intelligence and business insights with OCC operations to drive improved relationships.
Develop innovative, strategic targeting strategies through analysis and interpretation of internal referral, demographic, and market research data to identify key opportunities for increased referral growth.
Identifies, monitors and documents relationship histories, using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
Supports the development of a physician outreach strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Helps develop content for innovative, impactful collateral such as regional market brochures and educational materials to support outreach effectiveness.
Arranging and leading community engagement campaigns and education/awareness efforts.
Helps coordinate and facilitate community sponsorships and events.

$65,000 - $80,000 annually

Requirements
PHYSICIAN LIAISON REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree marketing, healthcare administration, or related field with 5-7 years of clinical, sales and/or marketing related experience.
Healthcare experience in Colorado market preferred.
General medical knowledge, Orthopedic services preferred.
Results driven.
Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
Excellent report writing skills.
Excellent listening and strategic thinking skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience working with teams to achieve results.
Ability to work independently
Experience networking and facilitating new partnerships.

Physician Liaison Working Conditions
