As a Photography Team Manager, you'll lead a talented group of 8-10 photographers dedicated to showcasing residential properties with top-tier imagery and virtual tours.

This is a full-time opportunity. Applicants must be located in or nearby Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 8-10 photographers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs and weekly performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing workflow strategies for enhanced efficiency.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to elevate team performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting with IT support.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including logistics, sales, and customer support to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Travel within your region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of operations management experience, primarily leading remote teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Flexibility to travel for fieldwork and availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
