Photography Operations Manager [75180]

Onward Search needs a Photography Operations Manager for a leading Real Estate company.

You’ll join the Operations team to provide best in class customer experiences.

This is a Permanent opportunity which is based in Richmond, VA and is 5 days per week onsite.

Photography Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of photography coordinators and dispatchers to meet individual metrics and quality standards.
• Recruit, coach, and train team members, focusing on booking and scheduling client photo shoots.
• Create and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires and ongoing associate development.
• Monitor and ensure operational metrics are met, providing regular feedback and strategizing to overcome challenges.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver accurate data and continuously improve workflows and processes.

Photography Operations Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Proven commitment to prior employers with 5+ years of experience leading teams of 10+ people.
• Experience building teams and driving accountability in a metric-driven organization.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high creative and delivery standards.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across functional areas including sales, customer service, and IT.
