As a Photography Team Manager, you'll lead a talented group of 8-10 photographers dedicated to showcasing residential properties with top-tier imagery and virtual tours. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and cutting-edge media solutions to our clients.
This is a full-time opportunity. Applicants must be located nearby Jacksonville, Florida.
Photography Team Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 8-10 photographers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and implement streamlined workflows to optimize productivity while upholding our high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines, providing constructive feedback to photographers.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, delivering outstanding service throughout the process.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhanced efficiency.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training on Matterport technology, scanning techniques, and company protocols to elevate team performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting equipment and software problems in coordination with IT support.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including logistics, sales, and customer support to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Travel within your region.
Photography Team Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in-person institution.
- 3-5 years of operations management experience, with a track record of leading remote teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage remote teams effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting KPIs and performance metrics.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Flexibility to travel for fieldwork and availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Experience with Matterport technology and 3D scanning techniques is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license required.
