The Photo Studio Producer works with our creative and production teams to help plan and execute any and all of Talbots photography assets with a focus on digital thumbnail and still life photo shoots in house. Reporting to the Director, Photo Studio Operations, you will be responsible for managing shoot schedules, booking crews and talent, coordinating samples, communicating travel details and fit schedules, creating and maintaining crew lists, call sheets, travel and car charts, security documents, and catering holds / head counts. Act as lead contact on set to keep shoots running smoothly, and partner with Fashion Editors to develop shot count documents that outline the daily shoot schedule, fittings and number of shots per day. Manage tailoring resources / schedules to coincide with fit and tailoring needs. This position will impact the overall company budget by continually managing efficiencies and resources in the most cost-effective manner.

Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years professional experience in a high volume, high production digital operations environment
Previous experience working in shoot production or in a creative agency setting a plus
Propensity for breaking down complex workflows into manageable parts and managing to specific deadlines
Measure and report on progress
Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks offering unique creative solutions
Balance the business needs with studio bandwidth
Handle the logistics of a shoot so that creative can be creative
Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
