About the Role
T9 is looking for a Photo Producer to join our Creative team. Reporting directly to our Vice President, Creative, this teammate will be responsible for managing in-house studio workflow and creative timelines, supporting photo processes (ecom and location) end-to-end and maintaining the creative budget. This position will be based in our Emeryville, CA office Monday-Thursday with the ability to work remotely on Fridays. Occasional Fridays in office may be needed based on the production calendar.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage studio production of photography based upon Marketing Calendar.
Maintain workflows and processes, ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met, provide cross-functional transparency and inclusion.
Support photography process end-to-end, from product handoff, to organizing key pieces by offer
Manage ongoing studio photoshoots (in-house) for ecommerce on-body photography (2-3 shoot days each month), including creating web shot lists, pre-production wardrobe prep & post production image handoff.
Support location photoshoots (2-3 shoots each month)
Schedule and manage a network of freelance contractors for in-house services (ie. photographers, models, retouchers, stylists, videographers)
Partner with the Senior Photo Producer on planning, strategy and execution of creative budget
Manage creative timelines & flow of product marketing
Work closely with internal stakeholders and creative team members to open project briefs, assign tasks and due dates, and schedule reviews/milestone meetings as needed.

You also have:
Creative background, love of products and apparel
2+ years project or traffic managing within a marketing or creative environment; experience with Adobe CS, Capture One and/or Basecamp is desirable
Experience scheduling and facilitating meetings
Experience working with project management software, opening/closing jobs and asset management. Familiarity with G-Suite is strongly preferred
Process-driven with strong attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and project assignment.
