What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist with the coordination, supervision, and accountability for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members
• Engage team members to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective action
• Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Active Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification (PTCB)
• 1+ years of prior authorization operations experience
• Experience in a lead role, leading personnel towards exceptional performance results
• Former Customer Relations experience
• Basic navigation skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours, including OT and weekends
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of Call Center systems such as CMS, IEX, CTI, and TCS
• Understanding of call center performance metrics and measurements
