Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):
Intake prior authorizations for Buy and Bill Purposes (infusions/injections administered in providers office or outpatient facility).
Conducted clinical determination for prior authorization requests from over 50 different insurance plans, accurately, while performing in a faced paced department, that is slowly migrating into a new platform.
Expectation is to meet 90% goal in production which equates to approximately 25 tech reviews per 8-hour shift.
