Pharmacy Interns perform all drug procurement, preparation, and dispensing tasks similar to our AACH Certified Pharmacy Technicians, plus perform pharmaceutical care and MTM tasks (e.g. Patient home medication reviews and reconciliation, DUEs, drug formulary reviews, etc.), all under the direct supervision of an AACH pharmacist.
Pharmacy Intern positions may be structured as casual part-time, part-time permanent, part-time temporary, or full-time temporary, depending on specific needs.
Education, Training & Experience
The applicant must be currently enrolled in an ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree program.
Applicants are expected to maintain a high level of academic success while enrolled within the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree program.
The applicant must be a US citizen or hold a valid visa as a foreign student.
Applicants must have an active Ohio Pharmacy Intern license in good standing
