Shift Times: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40

Job Requirements

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.

Evaluate and interpret prescriptions, ensuring proper dosages and appropriate medication selection.

Provide medication counseling to patients on usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.

Monitor patient profiles for allergies and potential contraindications.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and treatment plans.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and quality control of pharmaceuticals.

Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.

Stay up to date with the latest pharmaceutical developments and emerging therapies.

Assist with immunization programs and health screenings, where applicable.

Qualifications

Clinical Pharmacist needed! Pharm.D (or B.S Pharm. with equivalent relevant experience)

Current licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware

Previous Hospital Pharmacy Experience Preferred.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medication therapy, and drug interactions.

Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription dispensing.

Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.

Adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
