Pharma Operations Specialist

Do you have 5+ years’ experience working within the Pharma Industry maintaining master Privileged Access & session Management (PASM) project schedule, including contracting needed with vendors, HCPs, patients/caregivers, and associations?

To be considered you must have:

• 5+ years’ Pharma experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience with various systems; for example:

1. Outlook, Word, Excel, and Ariba
2. Contracting with Healthcare providers on a platform,
3. Familiarity with Sponsorship Platforms (ability to adapt to Client specific systems and platforms)
4. Understand the entire process of contracting with external stakeholders such as patients and HCPs)

Our Pharma client is looking for an Operations Specialist for a 100% remote position (in the USA, Eastern Time Zone preferred). The initial contract is 12 months with extensions likely.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to fulfill your responsibilities; for example:

• Maintain master Privileged Access & session Management (PASM) project schedule, including contracting needed with vendors, HCPs, patients/caregivers, and associations
• Oversight and processing of request forms for PASM’s assistance with Immersions, patients/caregivers, and associations
• Provide Sponsorship Administration – e.g., Weekly check system for newly submitted sponsorship requests, perform quality check of sponsorship request documents, identify any needs from SIAC and/or legal to process sponsorships and regular scheduling/coordination for events
• Work with HCP’s for event coordination and manage entire contracting process, including submission of contracting request to HCP, coordination of travel (if any) through vendor, payment for consulting services, and any reimbursable travel expenses in accordance with CLIENT’s policy
• Use Ariba to onboard as well as process payments with partners.
