Rate: up to $60/hr for Supervisor level /

up to $70/hr for Director level

Clutch is looking for an Account Supervisor or Director with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop client strategies and materials.
• Manage budgets and media placements.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Innovate client programs.
• Stay informed about client industries.
• Foster teamwork and staff creativity.
• Proactively address client issues.
• Contribute to agency growth and profitability.
• Provide leadership and client guidance.
• Enhance communication and industry expertise.
• Oversee a team of Account Managers cross-functionally.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, or Integrated Marketing.
• 5+ years of advertising or marketing agency experience.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical advertising (payer/market access) required.
• Creative and strategic thinking.
• Strong initiative, leadership skills, and work ethic.
• Omnichannel campaign experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
