We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality due to the nature of the work.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing necessary materials.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
Personal Support:
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Handle personal tasks and errands for executives as needed.
Manage personal calendars and commitments.
Information Management:
Maintain and update contact databases and filing systems.
Ensure all documents and records are organized and accessible.
Communication Liaison:
Serve as a liaison between executives and other team members.
Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
High school diploma; additional qualifications as a personal assistant would be a plus.
