We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality due to the nature of the work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing necessary materials.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
  1. Personal Support:
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle personal tasks and errands for executives as needed.
  • Manage personal calendars and commitments.
  1. Information Management:
  • Maintain and update contact databases and filing systems.
  • Ensure all documents and records are organized and accessible.
  1. Communication Liaison:
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and other team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders.
  1. Miscellaneous Tasks:
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as a personal assistant would be a plus.
