Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Assistant at GRET. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and performing clerical tasks. They will also be responsible for communication tasks such as handling emails and phone calls.

Qualifications
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in diary management
  • Proficiency in clerical skills such as organizing documents and data entry
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in the non-profit or international development sector is a plus
  • Employment type
