Experienced PA required to assist the busy founder of a small sustainable fashion studio located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We are looking for a very proactive, upbeat individual with substantial experience of managing an extensive personal and professional schedule. The role will include:
Providing constant administration support of personal and business matters
Extensive diary management for the founder (and on occasion other family members)
Maintaining timely, cordial email responses to incoming queries
Coordinating projects and collaborations internally and with external organisations
Creating and developing presentations
Recruiting and manage interns
Monitoring business, legal, and accounting affairs
Filing tax returns (UK & US)
Managing social media content strategy schedule
Supporting Social Media content eg. Photoshop (and ideally Premiere Cut Pro!)
Keeping digital and physical assets up to date and well organised
Helping with design projects by running errands, picking up supplies etc.
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 experience as an Executive Assistant
- Advanced organisation skills including digital
- Advanced time-management skills; ability to manage multiple schedules
- A positive, flexible, can-do’ attitude
- Proactive, hands-on approach - happy to tackle any task
Hours
9.30am to 5.30pm - a flexible attitude is required and willingness to check emails etc. when required outside office hours if necessary.
Compensation
Competitive market rate based on experience
