Performance Reporting Analyst (REMOTE)

Our client, a prestigious investment management firm, is seeking a Performance Reporting Analyst to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on the performance of investment portfolios. This role requires expertise in using Tamarac or First Rate systems to ensure accurate and insightful performance data. The hiring manager is seeking candidates with 1-3 years of performance reporting experience from a competing investment management firm.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, analyze, and distribute performance reports using Tamarac or First Rate systems
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance data and reports
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and other stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis
• Maintain and enhance performance reporting processes and tools
• Conduct ad-hoc performance analysis and support special projects as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in performance reporting, preferably within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Tamarac or First Rate performance reporting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
