We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven performance marketer to join our team.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about driving growth for a brand that is

closing the gap in footwear, apparel, and gear for female athletes. This person should be a team

player and someone who is excited to take on challenges outside of their core job to ensure

objectives are achieved as we build out a strong DTC team.

Responsibilities:


● Manage, execute and optimize performance advertising campaigns across various ad

platforms, such as Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Amazon and other media.

● Oversee Amazon advertising and co-manage Amazon agency partnership.

● Develop retail marketing promotional strategy aligning to seasonality and demand.

● Partner with eCommerce lead on strategy and execution of retail campaigns across

channels - email, SMS, social, website.

● Manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs including content strategy, briefing,

day-to-day management, tracking and measurement.

● Provide regular tracking and measurement of media and campaigns using key

performance indicators (KPIs).

● Understand our consumer and tailor media strategies and messaging to various

audiences - female athletes, coaches and parents.

● Manage creative asset needs for campaigns and optimize based on performance.

● Approach testing, experimentation, and problem-solving in their performance marketing

efforts, thinking creatively and making data-driven decisions.

● Work effectively and collaborate with other teams, such as product and design to

optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates.

● Communicate the value of their performance marketing efforts to non-marketing

stakeholders, such as the C-suite or sales team through presentations or reports.

● Knowledge of ad tech best practices and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical

issues as needed.

● Work with outside vendors and partners to improve performance.

● Stay up to date on the latest developments and trends in performance marketing and

advertising.

● Be willing to take on additional responsibilities when they arise to ensure brand

objectives are achieved


Requirements:


● 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing and media buying.

● Strong understanding of media platforms, such as Google, Meta and other media

platforms. Experience buying directly on platforms.

● Experience marketing and advertising with Amazon, Seller Central experience preferred.

● Familiarity with website analytics, CRM, and other tools used to support performance

marketing. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Daasity, a plus.

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different departments.

● Strong ability to stay up to date on industry developments and trends and with a focus

on female athletes' needs and wants.

● Ability to leverage data and insights to inform performance marketing strategy.

● Passion for driving brand growth and closing the gap in footwear, apparel, and gear for

female athletes.

● Ability to self-motivate in a home office environment with occasional travel as needed
