The Performance Marketing Coordinator will execute marketing initiatives end to end, including email, SMS, CRM, paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing and more. This role works closely with a variety of different teams (creative, ecomm, buying, and IT to name a few) within the organization and requires strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills. The Performance Marketing Coordinator will support the Senior CRM Manager in all production and planning. We’ll also look to the Performance Marketing Coordinator to keep us current on marketing best practices with regard to content strategies, data capture and campaign analysis, deliverability, CAN-SPAM compliance and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the execution of marketing initiatives and deliverables including gathering information from key stakeholders, coding emails and SMS, building audiences and passing off paid assets.
Monitor and measure results. Provide reporting, analysis and recommendations to improve performance, based on learnings and KPIs.
Work cross-functionally with several teams including creative, ecomm, retail and buying to ensure all marketing campaigns are created and executed seamlessly.
Manage all aspects of email, SMS and CRM production; work directly within our ESP, SMS and performance marketing platforms to set up + code emails/SMS, Q/A test links and schedule/deploy campaigns.
Work closely with our performance marketing agencies to deliver assets, audiences, etc
Set up a quality assurance/flawless execution process to ensure that the creative, copy, and links are correct
Responsible for the accuracy of all campaigns, including error-free copy, imagery, links, and targets.
Execute and evaluate weekly reporting with thoughtful analysis and recommendations
Usher campaigns through feedback and approval process to ensure an efficient process and on time launch
Assist with concepting A/B tests to constantly improve conversion and click-thru rates
Set up competitor analysis and report findings weekly
Assisting with sale planning and campaign concepting
T&C management and promotional messaging management
List growth projects (i.e. sweepstakes)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1-3 years of marketing experience
Experience coding and editing marketing content
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to drive actions
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
Experience using an Email Service Provider, SMS platform and Meta – SalesForce and Attentive experience would be a plus
Willingness to learn and a passion for marketing and fashion
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to operate and meet deadlines under pressure
BENEFITS:
$55,000 - $65,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NYC - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)
