As the Performance Manager, you will play a VITAL role in the growth of our organization. As a key team member, you will be expected to be PROFESSIONAL, to have a POSITIVE attitude, and to deliver EXCEPTIONAL results for our auto dealers. We strive to provide exceptional results. Dealer service and results are our priority, so we need someone who understands the importance of PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE. The right person will be excited to become an expert on how our program works to ASSIST DEALERS In: BUILDING profiles, MAINTAINING profiles, MAKING changes, DELIVERING RESULTS with our program. There is huge potential to carve a new path for yourself in a start-up environment with a company that is growing fast. Responsibilities 

  • Help execute CarSaver’s business, brand, and product to create best-in-class practices in customer service for our clients 
  • Build excellent relationships with our dealers by providing clear and thorough guidance 
  • Onboard and Train dealership staff on the program 
  • Master all forms of communication to support dealerships in the CarSaver portal 
  • Provide efficient responses to all requests in a timely manner 
  • Become the dealership’s primary point of contact and subject matter expert 
  • Deliver results by leveraging relationships and program expertise

Requirements

  • 3 years of automotive industry experience 
  • Dealership experience preferred 
  • Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service 
  • College degree is preferred 
  • Proficient and comfortable with computers and technology 
  • Be ENGAGING and relationship driven in your day to day encounters with others 
  • PROACTIVE: eager to take initiative and follow-through tasks 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to THRIVE in a Fast-Paced environment 
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills 
  • Be a COLLABORATOR, and relationship-builder 
  • Socially Savvy: A complete natural at networking, making connections, and meeting new people
