Performance Architect

 Must Haves:

1) Neoload is a must, (Loadrunner, JMeter or similar is an added plus)

2) Standard performance testing tools, APM tools (such as Dynatrace, datadog, etc.)

3) Experience gathering nonfunctional requirements and exp using those to create the performance strategy

Nice to Have/Additional Comments: Digital banking exp, core banking, credit union experience (nice to have)will be managing a 5-6 person offshore team – some exp with this would be ideal

Project Overview will be expected to build out performance strategy in the past for digital banking performance issuesability to build out performance test strategy and execute against strategyWill build team of offshore engineers around them - so ability to manage offshore engineers as part of this engagement
