Performance Analyst

A well capitalized firm with a 25+ year track record as a market-leading hedge fund investing in distressed public investments as well as direct lending, is looking to add a Performance Analyst to their team! Given market conditions and synergies with their existing investors, my client is focused on continuing to grow their Private Credit arm aggressively, and they are looking for add a Performance Analyst to help support this growth.

Because you'd be joining as the firm builds out their Charlotte office, you will have a unique opportunity to get in close to the ground floor of this new office, join an exceptionally high-performing firm, and have high visibility to both the Portfolio Management and Investor Relations teams. They have a very flat structure as well, so there is significant opportunity to develop quickly, take even greater ownership over your work, and have a big impact earlier on in your career
