Job Title: PeopleSoft Reporting Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze reporting needs.
  • Utilize PeopleSoft reporting tools to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Enhance report performance and efficiency by optimizing data modeling and queries.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reporting data.
  • Create and manage documentation for reporting solutions, including specifications and user guides.
  • Provide support and training to users on report utilization and interpretation.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in PeopleSoft reporting and analytics.
  • Work with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues.
  • Participate in testing and validating reporting solutions for accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft reporting tools like PS Query, BI Publisher, and nVision.
  • Strong grasp of PeopleSoft data structures, tables, and relationships.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HR, Finance) is beneficial.
