PeopleSoft HCM / Payroll Consultant

GlobalSource IT has a direct client located in the Seattle, WA area that is looking to add an experienced PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll Consultant to their team. This will start as approximately a 7 month contract role, with a possibility of additional extensions. The work is expected to be primarily remote. Our client needs to pull their current internal resource into project based work, so they need to backfill his support responsibilities with a contractor.

Required skills:

• 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft.
• Expertise specifically in PeopleSoft Payroll.
• Ability to assist with ongoing support for Payroll.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Experience correcting defects to existing Payroll setups, processes, or reports.
• Experience developing test scripts and conducting testing.
• Ability to develop PS queries or SQL queries for data extracts as required.
• Additional experience in Time & Labor (T&L) would be a plus.
• Public sector experience is desired as well.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
