We are currently seeking a skilled PeopleSoft HCM eCompensation Manager Desktop Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and managing the eCompensation Manager Desktop module within the PeopleSoft HCM system. Your expertise will contribute to the effective management of compensation processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize the PeopleSoft HCM eCompensation Manager Desktop module to meet the specific compensation management needs of our organization.
Collaborate with HR leaders, compensation analysts, and system administrators to understand compensation policies, guidelines, and structures.
Implement and maintain compensation processes within the PeopleSoft HCM system, including salary planning, merit increases, and bonus allocations.
Design and develop customizations and enhancements within the eCompensation Manager Desktop module to address unique compensation requirements and business scenarios.
Provide training and support to HR professionals, managers, and employees on using the PeopleSoft HCM eCompensation Manager Desktop effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation data with other HCM modules and organizational systems.
Monitor compensation activities and troubleshoot issues related to the eCompensation Manager Desktop module, implementing solutions to optimize functionality and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft HCM features, enhancements, and best practices related to compensation management.
Requirements
Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM application development and customization, with a focus on the eCompensation Manager Desktop module.
Strong understanding of compensation management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in configuring and implementing the PeopleSoft HCM eCompensation Manager Desktop module, including setup, configuration, and customization for salary planning and administration.
Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and pay equity considerations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR professionals, compensation analysts, and system administrators.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic organizational environment.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft HCM or compensation management are a plus.
